Now turn around and kill the three Tattaglia in the rooms down the hallway to unlock the elevator door. Make sure you have killed the enemy in the garage as well before you head up the elevator.

Make your way in to the club room to take out a lot more men. Go down the stairs beside the stage and enter the basement. Kill all the Tattaglia down here and move in to the side rooms to take out all the low-ranked people and the door to the Underboss will unlock.

Once you learn this, you have five minutes to make it back to the Corleone Compound. Just take 34th east to Broadway and go south.
