Was just OK for a quick read. As others point out, there are hundreds of better fanfics on the internet. Do not be seduced by the idea of learning more about Michael and Brian as teenagers. There is nothing to justify shelling out hard earned cash for this novel. The writing is simplistic, the characters despite being based on fully-formed existing television characters are stilted and empty.

The dialogue is unremarkable and the plot is predictable. Sounded like it was written by a sixth grader. I've read better fanfiction. Don't waste your time Belongs to Series Queer as Folk 1.
