This server has multiple purposes, but the primary function is for it to serve as a Remote desktop-server. We've already disabled the annoying blue "Updates are available" popup for users trough the use of a GPO, but domain admins are still receiving it.
This company has a policy in place where updates are ran on all important infrastructure once per week this being on a friday, during lunchtime , unless critically required to do so earlier.
Is there a way to disable that annoying popup, even for Domain admins, without losing the ability to update alltogether? If possible, i'd like to still be able to see the available updates by going to windows update, but without receiving the annoying blue popup every time a domain admin login to the server.
