Tk250g program m mode

I have a TKG that won't read or write with the programming software. It is not an issue with my software or cable since my other two radios read and write just fine. I'm guessing the "main programming" option is disabled in the configuration. Is there any way to bypass this and program the radio with the KPGD software? What model are your other two radios? If they are also 's you should have no problem doing the third. Are you getting this radio into "PC" mode before trying to read or write?
